Non Existent Customer ServiceFirst and foremost I don’t believe any of the 5 star reviews are from real people that have purchased from this company. They must be submitting their own on account of their abysmal customer service. Ordered a pair of super cute gladiator sandals a couple weeks ago. Received notification they would be delivered last Tuesday (now a week ago). Emailed customer service and was told they would be “dispath” Friday. Replied and asked what was going on as they still weren’t tracking as of Sunday. Instead of responding they simply cancelled my order. I have already contacted my bank and they are taking care of but what horrible customer service for a brand that is allegedly “high end”. No business acumen or class!

A scam!First and foremost I can see where the money from their overpriced shoes go into: marketing. The ad was fabulous! I wanted to wear those sandals so bad! So I purchased them through Affirm. Upon receipt of the sandals I immediately noticed the quality of the sole and the material of the sandals -LOW. These in particular had a gold chain around the ankle. These chain itself was of good quality, but too heavy on the foot considering the quality of the sole. Nevertheless I returned the item. The merchant did not reimburse me although I kindly explained that I did not like the quality of his products. He was dismissive and sent me a link to their no refund policy -only gift card. I made it clear that I in fact had a payment plan w affirm that I had not yet paid, and that he wouldn’t lose anything by telling affirm that it’s okay to “refund”, since the charge was pending vendor approval. Well not greedy billy from Aminah! He was a d**k. Sounded like a little flamboyant miserable soul in the emails. I regret not using my credit card. Now I’m stuck w a gift card and forced to buy something from their ugly low quality selections. I am a shopper. I don’t mind spending 642 dollars on something w quality. However this was a scam. Not only that, out of the 642 I spent the gift card was almost $100 less. Big flip off to whoever is running their correspondence. I assure you I will go to every single review site I can find to let them know about this. Not to mention that you guys have over ten unresolved issues with the better business bureau, where you responded, but the customer was unsatisfied. Your company will never succeed off from greed. I assure you!
